Alaykka Fowler is a passionate Analytics Engineer, currently at Hymaïa, where she excels at processing and analyzing data using tools such as dbt, ClickHouse and Apache Superset. With more than eight years of experience in Business Intelligence and Data Analytics, she combines strong technical expertise with agile methodologies to turn complex data into strategic insights, supporting well-informed decision making.

Throughout her career, Alaykka has held various positions at well-known companies. At Hymaïa, she builds optimized data infrastructures while drawing on her expertise in modern analytics tools. Before that, she worked at OCTO Technology, where she designed advanced dashboards and took part in digital transformation projects using solutions such as Power BI and Talend Open Studio. During her time at Lincoln France, she designed bespoke BI solutions, collaborated with cross-functional teams and managed complex projects in an agile environment.

Her experience at Servier allowed her to leverage technologies such as Google Cloud Platform and dbt to optimize analytics processes and deliver decisive insights. As Group Digital Sales Analyst at QSR Platform, she oversaw sales performance and proposed innovative digital strategies.

Alaykka began her career in digital marketing and business development, notably at BlastAsia and Actility, where she gained a solid understanding of corporate strategy. She also broadened her global perspective by contributing to environmental projects with WWF-Philippines, an experience that strengthened her analytical rigor and her ability to tackle complex issues.
