Benoit leads the Regalia project at Inria, where he has worked for more than three years. Regalia aims to support algorithmic regulation by providing a software environment to audit digital platform algorithms. His work focuses on developing robust, stealthy and frugal testing techniques to address the explainability and interpretability of algorithms. He works closely with the Pôle d'Expertise en Régulation Numérique in Bercy, which provides technical support to government departments and independent authorities in their regulatory work.
