Charlotte Ledoux

Charlotte Ledoux is a freelance Data & AI Governance expert. She helps companies of all sizes structure their data and AI governance: mapping the current state, aligning with business strategy, defining policies and roles (Data Steward, Data Manager), and identifying early high-impact quick wins.

She started her career in consulting at BearingPoint, working on supply chain management topics, before gradually moving closer to data through sales forecasting problems. She then joined Quantmetry, a data & AI consulting firm, within the Data Strategy practice, where she supported Chief Data Officers facing recurring difficulties on their data science projects due to poor data quality, which led her to specialize in governance topics.

Charlotte Ledoux is a LinkedIn Top Voice for AI in France and publishes « The Data Governance Playbook », a newsletter followed by several thousand subscribers in which she shares practical data and AI governance frameworks. She is also a founding member of the Paris Data Ladies Meetup, a volunteer collective that has given a voice to women in data and tech for more than ten years and now brings together more than 4,000 members, as well as a member of the Femmes@Numérique collective.
