Christelle Marfaing

Christelle is now a Fractional CDO, supporting several organizations on their data strategy. She previously was Head of Data at May, and spent 4 years at Lydia.

At Lydia, she managed and led a team of 12 people, including 3 specialized sub-teams (Data Engineer, ML Engineer, and Data Analyst). She worked with C-Level executives to define the Data roadmap. As technical lead on key projects, she built a Data team from scratch at Lydia with a frugal approach, always aligned with the company's strategy.
