Elsa Margier

Elsa Margier is an AI Product Manager and AI trainer at Hymaïa. She works on AI literacy and transformation programs for large companies: defining the AI strategy of business units, selecting and scoping high-impact use cases (automation, copilots, NLP, predictive analytics) and running training courses that have already supported more than 200 employees in building their skills.

Before joining Hymaïa, Elsa led PlayPlay Design, an AI-first visual generation product, from scoping to launch: prompt management, evaluating generation quality (Langfuse, Vertex AI) and designing a conversational guided-prompting assistant. At Matters, a product development studio, she supported more than 30 digital products for startups, SMEs and large groups, ran more than 300 workshops and training sessions, and conducted around a hundred user interviews across continuous discovery cycles.

She also spent time at Orange Innovation, where she led immersive products related to the Paris 2024 Olympic Games, and at the Innovation Lab of Indosuez Wealth Management. Elsa holds a degree in Innovation Management from Mines Paris and Université Paris Dauphine. She combines product culture, mastery of AI prototyping tools (Claude Code, Figma Make) and a strong teaching sense.
