Emeric Lesergent

Eymeric Lesergent is an experienced Data Analyst, currently on assignment with Hymaïa supporting the launch of multiple digital products at LexisNexis. His responsibilities include checking, cleaning and aggregating raw data, identifying and calculating key indicators, setting up user-usage tracking plans, and building monitoring dashboards. Working within international teams, Eymeric is proficient with tools such as Tableau, DBeaver and PostgreSQL, strengthening decision making through clear and precise analysis.

His time at Hymaïa also includes an assignment for Verisure, where he contributed to modeling business data marts, optimizing existing code, and fostering collaboration between Data Engineers and Data Analysts. This experience led him to work with technologies such as Microsoft Power BI, SQL and Azure DevOps, reflecting his ability to solve complex problems and connect technical and analytics teams.

Before that, Eymeric spent nearly five years at Effilab, where he held various roles. As a Data Analyst, he built decision-support dashboards, automated reporting for the Executive Committee, and led analyses to reduce customer churn. He also trained colleagues on tools such as Dataiku, Google BigQuery and Python, reflecting his technical expertise and commitment to knowledge sharing. As a Business Analyst, he centralized customer feedback, gathered operational requirements and wrote specifications for data analysis projects, showing his combined technical and relational skills.

His professional experience began in marketing and customer relations, with a work-study contract at FNSEA, where he worked on designing commercial offers, prospecting and customer satisfaction. Eymeric also worked as a warehouse clerk at Decathlon, where he developed his organizational skills during periods of intense activity.

Versatile and rigorous, Eymeric combines solid expertise in data modeling, dashboard creation and performance optimization with hands-on experience using tools such as Looker Studio, Google Workspace and Microsoft Azure.
