Fiona Ongaro

Fiona Ongaro is a data management professional with strong experience in data and digital. She currently serves as Head of Data and Digital Factory at Crédit Agricole Leasing & Factoring, where she leads digital transformation and data management initiatives since September 2023.

Previously, Fiona held key positions at PMU as Chief Data Officer, where she played a central role in building the company's data culture and modernizing the data platform to meet regulatory requirements. She also led the Data Office teams, overseeing project management, project tracking and the rollout of new technologies.

Before her time at PMU, Fiona held positions of responsibility at Kartable as Head of Data, where she was responsible for conducting in-depth studies, overseeing KPIs and managing the data mining and Client BI team. She also gained valuable experience at LaFourchette as Head of Customer Knowledge & WebAnalytics, where she oversaw marketing analytics and the implementation of marketing automation tools.
