Gladys Roch

Gladys Roch is a seasoned machine learning engineer, with solid experience in data science and analytics. She currently holds the position of machine learning engineer at Dailymotion since July 2022, where she is responsible for optimizing the video recommendation system to increase user engagement.

With a previous three-year stint at ENGIE Digital, Gladys honed her skills as a data scientist, contributing to the development of predictive maintenance tools for power plants. Her expertise also extends to her internships, notably at Ekimetrics and Amazon, where she applied machine learning to optimize marketing strategies and analyze advertising data, respectively. Her leadership skills also come through in her experience organizing the Be Prepared event, aimed at preparing students for the CentraleSupélec Forum.
