Maeva Iguenane

Maëva Iguenane is Business Manager at Hymaïa. A dynamic, determined and positive manager, she is known for her ability to build close relationships, humanize processes and smooth communication with both colleagues and clients, by drawing on her teams' skills.

Holder of a Master's degree in Psychology from the Université de Picardie, Maëva began her career in engineering and then IT recruitment. At Infodis, an IT services company that grew from 300 to 1,000 employees during her four years there, she took over management of a recruitment team after only three months and grew it from 3 to 7 people, delivering 100 to 150 hires a year. A reference point for onboarding new employees, she structured the onboarding process and the relationship between sales and recruitment, before moving into a full sales role: there she developed major accounts such as L'Oréal, EDF Renouvelables, BNP and CMI France, growing her portfolio from €3.8M to €4.5M in revenue in ten months.

She then continued her business development work at the Home Sweet Company group, where she opened and grew major group accounts (Accor, Chanel, Indigo). At Hymaïa, Maëva puts this dual recruitment and business culture to work for clients and the team's growth.
