Nicolas SAFIS - Head of Innovation & Venture Capital Funds at Carrefour
With a solid engineering background, Nicolas Safis stood out early in his career. After starting out at Airbus Helicopters, he quickly rose through the ranks to become a consultant at the prestigious firm McKinsey & Company, where he brought his expertise between 2017 and 2021.
In 2021, Nicolas joined Carrefour as Group Innovation Director. His talent and innovative vision quickly propelled him to head Carrefour's Venture Capital Funds and Innovation from January 2023.
Today, with nearly 4 years of experience at Carrefour, Nicolas plays a key role in defining and implementing the group's innovation and investment strategies, while continuing to strengthen his leadership in the dynamic world of retail.
