Paul is the founder of Unytics, through which he supports data teams as a fractional Head of Data (1 to 3 days a week). He currently works at Optic 2000 as Head Of. His philosophy: simple tools for the many rather than advanced tools for the few, with a focus on serverless architectures and reusable platforms.
He previously led Nickel's Data function for 6 years, growing the team from 0 to 40 people and overseeing more than 100 developers, while supporting the company's growth from 300 to 900 employees and from 1 to 4.5 million customers.
