Pierre Courvoisier currently holds the role of Head of Data at Sopht. Previously, he was Head of Data at Kompozite from February 2024, where he oversaw three teams made up of data engineers and analysts, with a vision placing data at the heart of the product.
Before Kompozite, Pierre held the role of Head of Data at Back Market from October 2021 to February 2024. There, he played a key role in building a solid data infrastructure and implementing strategies to ensure data was accessible and usable across the whole organization.
Before his time at Back Market, Pierre was VP Data at Qonto from June 2020 to September 2021. In this role, he led the team's rapid expansion, growing it from 5 to 20 members in a year, and was a driving force in building a robust, skilled data analytics team.
Previously, Pierre served as Head of Data at Kapten from March 2018 to May 2020. He played a key role in transforming Kapten's data team from a small group into a fully operational, high-performing team.
Beyond his leadership roles, Pierre Courvoisier also co-founded Myplax, an ordering and payment solution for bars and restaurants. His experience as co-founder and chairman allowed him to develop valuable skills in business development, product management and client relations
