Stéphane Texier

Stéphane is Data Science Lead @Pernod Ricard with more than 10 years of experience, specializing in creating value with data.

He worked for System in Motion in Shanghai as a BI Consultant, covering various industries and a wide range of business cases. As a project manager, he ensured the success of BI and Web projects, building trustful relationships with customers and keeping a motivated, high-performing team.

In 2017, Stéphane joined Pernod Ricard as Data Project Manager, responsible for the data roadmap for the Cognac & Champagnes affiliates of Martell Mumm Perrier-Jouet. Since 2021, he has been Data Science Lead, building strong assets to accelerate and secure delivery of a large-scale transformation program. He leads a team of 4 employees and more than 10 external collaborators.

Having grown professionally in a start-up environment, Stéphane consistently applies the 80/20 rule to optimize time and resources. His decisions are based on data and results tracked through indicators. Passionate about new technologies and innovation, he holds a degree in Computer Science from Université de Technologie de Compiègne (UTC, France), is fluent in English and French, has an intermediate level of German, and improves his Mandarin a little more every day.
