Air France talk - Benoit Robillard, and Raphaël Pfister, Chief Tech Lead Operations Research and Tech Lead Data Scientist at Air France-KLM. Whether for predictive maintenance, recommendation, or load-factor optimization, Air France KLM's Data Factory has had strong industrialization needs for Data Science projects for many years. Benoit and his team are, among other things, responsible for establishing and spreading DevOps & Data Engineering best practices across the department's various Data Science teams, and have launched several MLOps initiatives over the past months. He will share the DevOps and Software Engineering lens needed to build a strong MLOps culture and strategy, a topic that is by nature cross-functional and cross-expertise, and will explain how they currently manage several dozen Machine Learning projects in production.

They'll explain the challenges of running a recommendation engine in production, and cover the tools put in place to guarantee MLOps best practices across the group's various ML projects in production.

Decathlon talk - Hugo Hamad, who joined Decathlon France as AI Director with the ambition of helping the group scale the operation and management of Machine Learning in production. Hugo will share his current challenges and his goal of putting MLOps at the heart of Decathlon's Data teams' best practices and culture. He'll be joined by Alfonso Carta, Data Science Manager & AI Lab Leader, and Corentin Vasseur, ML Engineer (XAI & MLOps).
